Go Green LED fixtures carry the listings stated on their spec sheets: UL or ETL for safety, DLC for utility rebates, and ENERGY STAR or FCC where a model qualifies.
DLC Listed
DesignLights Consortium
The DesignLights Consortium (DLC) Qualified Products List is the register most utility rebate programs check. Twenty-five Go Green LED models carry a DLC listing, 14 of them at the DLC Premium level, the tier that earns the highest rebate in many programs. The listing and level for each model are stated on its product page and spec sheet.
UL and ETL Listed
Underwriters Laboratories and Intertek
Go Green LED fixtures carry a safety listing from a nationally recognized testing laboratory: UL (Underwriters Laboratories) on some models and ETL (Intertek) on others. Both test to the same UL safety standards for electrical and fire safety, and both are accepted by electrical inspectors. The mark for each model is stated on its product page and spec sheet.
ENERGY STAR Certified, Select Models
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
ENERGY STAR is the EPA certification for residential and light-commercial lighting efficiency. In the Go Green LED range it applies to the slim recessed downlight (GGL-DL01). Commercial fixtures are covered by the DLC listing instead, which is the qualification utility rebate programs check.
FCC Certified
Federal Communications Commission
FCC compliance covers electromagnetic interference from LED drivers and electronics, which matters in hospitals, data centers and other sensitive environments. The models whose spec sheets state FCC compliance include the four deformable garage lamps, the LED troffer and the full cutoff wall pack; check the spec sheet for the model you are buying.
