Returns and Refunds
We stand behind every fixture we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Who pays return shipping
- Defective or damaged items: Go Green LED International covers return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid label.
- Wrong item shipped (our error): Go Green LED International covers return shipping with a prepaid label.
- Change of mind, over-ordered, or no-fault returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Restocking fee
Standard non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This applies to both US and Canada orders.
Non-returnable items
Custom-engineered fixtures and built-to-order items are non-returnable. This includes products modified for specific wattage, CCT, lens, or finish at the customer's request.
How to start a return
Email sales@gogreenledinternational.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send instructions within one business day.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
