The problem

  • Dim, shadowy bays are a safety and productivity drag.
  • Old metal halide, HPS, and fluorescent fixtures burn far more energy than they need to.
  • A full fixture-and-wiring retrofit is slow and expensive for a space that just needs more light.

The fix: deformable LED

  • Screws into your existing E26/E27 or E39/E40 socket. No new fixture.
  • Adjustable or 360° panels put light into every corner, no shadows.
  • Shop-level brightness, up to 10,800 lumens, at a fraction of the wattage.

Replace a 175 to 400W metal halide or HPS fixture with a 60 to 80W deformable LED and cut lighting energy 50% or more.

The Lineup

Two designs, 60W and 80W

Folding 4-panel models throw 360° for open coverage. Adjustable 3-panel models aim where you need light. All are 2700K to 6500K selectable, 0-10V dimmable, IP64, and UL listed.

The Savings

Less wattage, same or more light

Swapping a bank of metal halide or HPS lamps for 60 to 80W deformable LEDs typically cuts lighting energy 50 to 75 percent, and most retrofits pay back in under two years before any rebate. Run your own numbers, including kWh, dollars, and payback, in our calculator.

Common Questions

Deformable LED FAQ

Is this commercial-grade?
Yes. These are UL listed, IP64 rated, run on 100-277V, and carry a 5-year warranty. They are best suited to light commercial and utility spaces, garages, shops, maintenance and storage areas, rather than large high-ceiling facilities.
Can I use these in a warehouse?
They work well in low-ceiling and aisle areas. For large open floors or high ceilings, a dedicated high bay throws light more effectively. See our LED high bays for those spaces.
Is installation complicated?
For an existing E26/E27 or E39/E40 socket it screws in like a bulb, no electrician needed. If you are replacing an HID lamp running on a ballast, you bypass the ballast and wire directly to 100-277V, a quick step a maintenance tech can usually handle.
What fixtures do these replace?
A 60 to 80W deformable typically replaces a 175 to 400W metal halide or HPS lamp, or older CFL and incandescent fixtures, while matching or beating the light output and cutting energy 50 percent or more.
Are they dimmable, and what color temperature?
Yes, all models are 0-10V dimmable with selectable color temperature from a warm 2700K to a daylight 6500K, so you can match the space.

Bigger space?

Deformable lamps are ideal for light commercial and utility applications. For large-scale or high-ceiling spaces, our high bays are the right tool.
