Coverage Details
5-Year Limited Warranty
Go Green LED International warrants all LED fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase when used under normal operating conditions.
What's Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- LED driver failure within the warranty period
- Premature lumen depreciation below L70 rated values
- Electrical component failure under rated operating conditions
What's Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification
- Damage from power surges, lightning, or electrical faults beyond rated protection
- Normal wear including minor cosmetic changes
- Use outside rated operating conditions (temperature, voltage, environment)
- Labor costs for removal or reinstallation
How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team with:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
- Product model number and SKU
- Description of the issue with photos if applicable
- Date of installation
