Self-ballasted (UL Type B) 4ft T8 LED tube with a built-in lithium emergency battery. Runs on 100-277V line voltage, single-ended or double-ended, and stays lit for 90 to 180 minutes during a power failure so exits and egress paths remain illuminated.

Black test button plus 4 status lights: green (AC power on), red (battery charging), yellow (malfunction), blue (sensor active).

Installation
Installation Instructions

Turn off power at the wall switch before installation.

This is a UL Type B self-ballasted lamp: remove or bypass the existing ballast and wire the sockets for line voltage, single-ended or double-ended.

Insert the tube into the T8 G13 sockets.

Restore power. The green indicator confirms AC power and the red indicator shows the battery charging (about 8 hours to full).

With AC connected for at least 8 seconds, press the test button to confirm the tube switches to emergency mode.

Note: this emergency tube cannot share a wall switch with standard, non-emergency LED tubes.
